Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Pakistan. We don't ship internationally yet.

How much is delivery?

Rs 400 on orders under Rs 2,500. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,500 or more.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 3–5 working days in major cities, or 5–7 working days elsewhere.

Payment

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. We may message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before we dispatch it.

Sizes & exchanges

How do I choose the right size?

Use our Size Guide and choose by your baby's height and weight. If in doubt, size up.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Unworn clothing with its tags can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened feeding accessories can't be returned. See our Refund & Exchange Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Gifting

Do you have gift sets?

Yes. Our Gift Sets are put together for baby showers, aqeeqahs and first visits.
