Overview This website is operated by Walad ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting walad.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order before dispatch, and we may cancel an order we cannot confirm, an order with an incorrect price or description, or an order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept cash on delivery and any other payment methods shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Products We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and sizing is a general guide; please see our Size Guide before ordering.

Delivery, exchanges and refunds Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Accounts If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property All content on this website, including the Walad name, logo, images and text, belongs to Walad and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Privacy How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to any order placed while it is published.
